The workshop involves four countries (South Africa, UK, Ethiopa, and Nigeria) who are engaged in collaborative research projects in batteries, fuel cells, and electrochemical sensors. The aim of the workshop is to reappraise and re-strategize the direction of the projects in the light of the funders quest for technology demonstrations for practical applications.
